Cardio Workouts
| We try to do some cardiovascular exercises daily. When class is in the gym we use a variety of cardio workouts to help improve cardiovascular endurance. These workouts are usually different than just running laps. We try to make them interesting. You can expect to see relay races, jump rope activities, and many Plyometric exercises.
